庫沙爾（Kushal）於2008年創立了一家精品戰略和實施谘詢公司Swordfish Services，並在成立和管理公司方麵擁有30多年的行業經驗。

他在戰略管理，運營，銷售和業務發展方麵擁有專業知識。庫沙爾在印度和英國都擔任董事會級別超過8年。Prior to founding Swordfish, Kushal has been Managing Director of Serco Global Services (a subsidiary of Serco PLC, setup to provide IT and BPO services to the group’s worldwide businesses), MD and CEO of iServ (an Escorts Group Company engaged in Data Communications) and has held different leadership positions in companies such as Cisco, RPG Group (in their Telecom Division), L&T and Nicco (in their Electrical Divisions).
